What began as a conversation about ministry is becoming a farm, a place of learning and a future a community can grow.
For the land.

Dedan Erude had a mission: take the Gospel to young people in high schools across Kenya. As an evangelist, Gospel artist and founder of Word Mission Team, he knew what reliable transport could make possible.
Earlier in 2026, he reached out to Jacob. They began talking about a vehicle for the ministry. Then Jacob asked a different question.
Do you have
a farm?
Dedan did. Ancestral land, full of possibility, waiting to be developed. Jacob encouraged him to return to it and build something that could nourish, teach and serve generations.
That conversation became Kingdom Farm Kenya.

My name is Dedan Erude, an Evangelist, Gospel Artist, and Founder of Word Mission Team, a ministry that tours high schools across Kenya preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ and reaching young people with the message of hope, faith, and salvation.
Earlier in 2026, I came across Jacob Regeneration online. I reached out to him because I was looking for people who could see the importance of ministry in high schools and believe in the work we were doing through Word Mission Team.
Jacob initially expressed his willingness to support us in establishing a transportation system, including a vehicle that would help us move from school to school. However, one day he asked me a question: “Do you have a farm?”
I told him that I did. We have ancestral land in our home area, but it had not been developed to its full potential. Jacob encouraged me to go back and begin developing the land, not only as a farm, but as a place where we could demonstrate responsible land stewardship, teach the community, create opportunities, and build something that could benefit generations.
That conversation gave birth to a bigger vision: Kingdom Farm Kenya.
So far, we have made significant progress. We have:

In the next three years, we see Kingdom Farm Kenya becoming a productive agricultural hub in Kenya.
We envision becoming significant producers of eggs and key limes, developing milk powder production, and creating a model farm that demonstrates how communities can use their land productively and sustainably.
But our vision goes beyond agriculture.
We want Kingdom Farm Kenya to become a center of hope, a place where people from the surrounding community can gather every Saturday for:
We want people to come to the farm not only to see what we are producing, but to learn, grow, and discover what is possible with the resources God has already placed in their hands.
We believe that God can use people to plant seeds in the lives of others.
We believe Jacob and his team have been used by God to help plant seeds into Kingdom Farm Kenya. They have not simply given us resources; they have helped us see a bigger possibility.
But a seed is meant to be multiplied.
It is now our responsibility to cultivate the seed, multiply it, and produce fruit.
Our dream is not for Kingdom Farm Kenya to remain a single farm. We want it to become a model that can eventually give birth to other Kingdom Farms across Kenya and Africa.
We want to demonstrate that ministry and economic empowerment can work together; that the Gospel can transform lives while communities are also being equipped with practical skills; and that land can become a source of food, employment, education, dignity, and hope.
Our prayer is simple:
Lord, help us multiply the seed You have placed in our hands.
What began as a conversation about transportation for a ministry has grown into a vision for a farm, a community center, and eventually a movement of Kingdom Farms across Africa.
We are just getting started.
Fence posts in the ground. Water on the land. A home for the flock. Explore the work Dedan and the team have already put in motion.
Part of the ancestral land is now fenced. A practical first step toward protecting the animals, the work and everything that will grow here.
A well has been developed on the farm. Water is part of the foundation for the land’s next chapter: caring for animals and preparing for agricultural production.
The chicken house is built. What began as undeveloped land now includes dedicated infrastructure for the poultry work ahead.
Chickens have been acquired. The vision of egg production now has a living starting point, with a flock to care for and develop.
An incubator with a capacity of 523 eggs has been purchased. It gives the team a tool for growing the flock as the farm develops.

Goats are now part of Kingdom Farm Kenya. Their arrival is another step in a wider agricultural vision that includes future milk powder production.
The team has begun developing the land for future agricultural production. Clearing and preparing it is patient, physical work that makes the next stage possible.

Over the next three years, the team aims to develop meaningful egg and key lime production, work toward milk powder production and demonstrate productive, sustainable use of the land.
A farm can produce more than food. Dedan envisions a place where the surrounding community gathers every Saturday to learn, worship, build practical skills and discover what is possible with the resources already in their hands.
The longer term dream is for Kingdom Farm Kenya to become a model that helps other Kingdom Farms take root across Kenya and Africa. The first responsibility is to cultivate what has already been entrusted to this community.
For the meal shared at home. For the skills a parent can pass on. For neighbors with a place to gather. This is what we hope to grow.
The hope is to turn the land into a steady source of nourishment. Eggs, key limes and the wider production vision begin with patient care for the soil, the animals and the people doing the work.
A harvest that serves the home.A productive farm can also be a place to learn. Practical agricultural training and skills development can help neighbors make more of the resources already in their hands, then pass that knowledge on.
Something worth passing on.Ministry is at the heart of this work. The vision for Saturday gatherings brings education, spiritual encouragement and fellowship together, giving neighbors a place to be strengthened in faith and everyday life.
Faith lived out, together.Dedan’s ancestral land carries a story. What is cultivated here can become a model for other communities, showing how land can support food, livelihoods, education and dignity for years to come.
