These key limes are selected in small harvest quantities for customers who value fresh produce, traditional food preparation and direct connection to the land.
Key limes are smaller and more aromatic than common Persian limes. Their bright flavor works well in beverages, marinades, dressings, desserts and everyday cooking.
Because this is a seasonal agricultural product, natural differences in color, size and surface appearance should be expected. These variations are part of real produce and do not necessarily indicate poor quality.

Shipping and Freshness
Fresh produce should not be sold under the same fulfillment schedule as shelf stable products. Orders should ship as close to harvest as possible.
Inspect the limes immediately upon delivery. Refrigerate after arrival for longer storage. If a shipment arrives materially damaged or spoiled, photograph the package and contact customer support within the period stated in the fresh-produce policy.

They arrived faster than I’d expect, which was great! They indicate 1-2 MONTHS! But it came a little over a week. Love these little gems that will bring healing to my body. I freeze them so they won’t spoil, like I read in another comment. Some are very juicy. A few are not. Thank you for introducing these into my daily regiment!!

Usually when I order the limes they are A+ quality and amazing! This last batch was absolutely terrible. The limes were all rotten and discolored. I brought the issue to the teams attention and they quickly took care of it and sent me a refund. So all good there. I really hope that they can figure out the issue as I really do enjoy their key limes and I use them for my heath.

Best key limes i ever had
Look at these babies, so full of juice! I get more out of one than I do from five at the grocery store. Especially these days, when alot of the produce is just wrong. Most items go from "not ripe" to rotten in a couple of days. These beautiful limes arrived in their perfect state of ready to juice, and I keep squeezing! Absolutely delicious and like nothing I can find way up here in ND !!!! froze about half and the others as well you can see are holding strong in the refrigerator 👌. I have to say, when I first started this process, with purchasing the salt, I had my reservations, but I have resonated with Jacobs words from the very first video I watched, and everything has been going pretty smoothly, as promised!!! You do definitely have to dial things in according to you and your own body, but Jacob explains this often.
