At Jacob’s ReGENEration, every product is packed with intention and shipped with care. Due to the sacred nature of our offerings—and the small batch, high integrity sourcing of ingredients shipping times may vary slightly depending on the product.
International orders: Shipping charges cover postage/handling only. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are not included and are determined by your country. These fees may be due upon delivery. If a package is refused due to unpaid fees, return/refusal shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.
Customs processing delays: International delivery times can vary due to customs clearance and local carrier handling.
Address accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering the correct address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs apply.
Undeliverable/Refused packages: If an international shipment is returned or refused, shipping costs and any carrier return fees are non-refundable.
📦 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 weeks to ship.
Special items like goat milk, honey, or key limes may take longer to prepare due to seasonal sourcing and preservation of quality.
🚚 Estimated Shipping Times
Standard Domestic Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing
Special Item Shipping (e.g. Goat Milk Powder): Please allow 2–4 weeks
Key Limes: Please allow 1–2 months for processing and shipping
We currently also international shipping through the website.
📬 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number.
If your tracking link doesn’t activate immediately, allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update.
🧂 Bundles & Multiple Items
If you ordered a bundle, your items may arrive in separate packages depending on the fulfillment source.
Digital products will be delivered instantly to your email. If you don’t see them, check spam or contact us.
