At Jacob’s ReGENEration, our mission is to serve you with sacred products crafted for healing and wholeness. That said, we have to maintain clear boundaries for fairness and integrity:
✅ Refund Eligibility
We only offer refunds under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged or defective (photo proof required).
- Your order never arrived after the maximum shipping window has passed.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be considered for a refund.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
- All perishable and consumable goods (e.g. key limes, salt, goat milk, liver supplements)
- All digital products (eBooks, guides, downloads)
- Any items not reported within 7 days of receipt
📩 How to Request a Refund

Clear photo(s) of the item and packaging (if damaged)
We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
💳 Approved Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
