Tooth powder is the older form of the product, used long before toothpaste came in a tube, and it works the same way a paste does without the water, the binders or the foaming agents that hold a paste together.

Jacob's Powdered Toothpaste is a dry blend of mineral and plant ingredients packed in a glass jar. It is offered for customers who want a short ingredient list they can read and recognize, and who prefer to keep their oral care routine as simple as the rest of their household supply.

The powder is sold in a single size and is not premixed with anything else.

Ingredients

• Bentonite clay
• Diatomaceous earth
• Baking soda
• Activated charcoal
• Xylitol powder
• Clove powder
• Fennel seed powder
• Peppermint powder

How to Use

Wet your toothbrush and shake off the excess water.

Tap a small amount of powder into the lid or into your palm, then press the damp bristles into it. A small amount is enough to cover the brush.

Do not dip a wet toothbrush directly into the jar. Water introduced into the jar will clump the powder and shorten how long it keeps.

Brush gently as you normally would, then rinse.

Storage

Keep the jar closed and store it in a cool, dry place away from moisture, heat and strong odors.

Keep water and wet utensils out of the jar.

Glass is used so the product stays dry and free of odors, but it should be stored where it will not be knocked from a counter or shelf.

Important Information

This product does not contain fluoride.

Keep out of reach of children. Children should be supervised while brushing.

This product contains xylitol, which is toxic to dogs. Store it where pets cannot reach it, and clean up any spilled powder immediately.
