Psyllium husk is a plant based source of dietary fiber commonly used to support regularity when prepared correctly with adequate liquid.
Jacob’s Psyllium Husk Powder is offered as a simple, single ingredient product without unnecessary flavors or complicated blends. It was selected for customers who want a clearly labeled fiber product that can be incorporated into an established routine according to its approved serving directions.
Psyllium is packaged separately and is never premixed with bentonite clay. Separate packaging gives the customer clear control over preparation, serving, storage and replenishment while allowing the directions for each product to be followed independently.

The smaller sizes are suited to first time customers and regular individual use. The 4, 8 and 16 pound options provide progressively better value for established households and customers purchasing a larger reserve.
Larger quantities do not represent a prescribed course, required duration or recommendation for more frequent use.
Preparation
Follow the serving directions on the final approved product label.
Mix each serving with at least 8 ounces or 240 milliliters of liquid immediately before use. Stir thoroughly and consume promptly before the mixture thickens.
Psyllium should never be swallowed dry.
Drink additional liquid as directed and do not exceed the serving instructions provided on the product label.
Storage
Keep the container sealed and store it in a cool, dry place away from moisture, heat, contamination and strong odors.
Avoid breathing airborne powder while measuring or mixing the product. Keep the container and measuring utensil dry.
The 8 and 16 pound reserve sizes should remain securely closed between uses and may be supplied in reinforced bulk packaging.
Important Information
Taking psyllium without enough liquid can create a choking or blockage hazard.
Do not use this product if you have difficulty swallowing or a known narrowing or obstruction of the gastrointestinal tract.
Ask a qualified healthcare professional or pharmacist about suitability and timing before use if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition or taking prescription or nonprescription medication. Dietary fiber can affect the absorption and timing of certain medications.
Discontinue use and obtain appropriate care if swallowing difficulty, chest pain, vomiting, severe abdominal discomfort or difficulty breathing occurs.

I don’t know what kind or type of sea salt this is, because I always have Broughton sea salt, but this particular sea salt has stopped my body from aching.. I put the sea salt in water every morning and it’s like it has reduce my body of pain so from this day on out , this is my miracle sea salt and I’m going to continue on buying it for the rest of my life. 🙏🏽 and Jacob, please pass this on to your family, Kids or whoever, so i can always be able to purchase Lol and by the way, this is a one month update review. I can taste the difference in this salt. Seems balanced. I noticed my nose doesn’t get red like when I use other salts. I have used Redmond’s, Celtic (several brands), Colema, Baja Gold to name a few. I feel better knowing its hand harvested which should reduce or eliminate metals. I like taking a pinch before drinking distilled water. It is course so it doesn't spread evenly but thats ok with me.

Been on the masters cleanse for a few months now, throw a pinch of the mineral sea salt in my water, coffee, and on my meals throughout the day.. I use the salt to make my own Gatorade with just lemon and lime powder. I'll never go without it for the rest of my life if it's available. My eyesight has improved a bit and it's made dieting a little easier. My teeth have also improved a bit over the past few weeks. My lady's life has changed a lot thanks to the goats milk. She also uses it to diet and it gives her plenty of energy on long days of blue collar house painting jobs. Jacob is the real deal and I admire him and his products

All glory to our LORD. I start the master cleans with my daughter (aged 11) for few weeks. I feel my teeth is much stronger (one of it is broken into two parts but I reject root canal), my hair turn to brown from white gradually, my skin is less spot even I did not use any suntan.
